東日本大震災の廃棄物処理事業への融資金名目で現金をだまし取ったとして、愛知県警中署などは１６日、詐欺の疑いで、韓国籍の自称建設会社役員、許城太容疑者（６１）＝福島県田村市船引町船引川代＝ら３人を逮捕した。 いずれも容疑を否認している。
逮捕容疑は平成２４年２～３月、名古屋市内で会社を経営する男性（３９）に「被災した宮城県石巻市にある大量のスクラップを転売すれば、莫大な利益になる」と持ちかけ、事業への融資金名目で現金３８００万円をだまし取った としている。中署は、許容疑者が石巻市が収集する廃棄物に含まれる資源物を取引する権利を持っていないことから、現金をだまし取る目的だったとみている。
同署によると、他に逮捕されたのは、許容疑者の次男でアルバイト、永都容疑者（２７）＝名古屋市中村区並木＝と住所不詳の土木建築会社役員、水谷基容疑者（６６）。
